Family Planning at Barangay Health Center

During our 2nd week at Dona Josefa, we’re given the opportunity and participate in educating the mothers about different methods of family planning. Some mothers and soon to be mothers from the barangay went to the health center for their scheduled implant or Depo injection. We also had the chance to witness the procedure on how implants are placed and each of us also had the chance to perform intramuscular injection for Depo. 

It was a good experience, at least we had the chance to participate in this activities in the health center that will help us in our future studies and practice.
